I would add one more: always count your pages before sending out your script. Make sure they are all there and in the right order. Sounds silly, but I learned this while working as an office lackey for an A-list producer. No script went out without this simple check. Great list. It's the same in the book publishing industry. You don't get past the first reader if you don't package your MS correctly. Details are what do it - margins, spelling, double-spacing lines, and maybe most important labeling and page numbering.
